Electrolyte cooling tower maintenance project
With the global warming and the production efficiency improvement, the original designed cooling tower can not satisfy the designed technical data and high efficency production anymore. So most of cooling towers need to been improved and maintenanced. These projects usually begin from the spring.

Recently, Latino got lots of cooling tower maintenance projects, such as for the water cooling tower and electrolyte cooling tower. Here following please find a cooling tower maintenance for improving the cooling efficency by Latino's team.
Latino arranged a team for the cooling tower survey, in order for supplying the professional maintenance plan to the enduser.
The main maintenance is as follows:
Improve the cooling efficency.
Remove the casing crystallization and dust in the cooling tower.
After this survey, Latino issued our professional maintenance plan, including two improvement plan, and we all did the technical detection by our professional technology.
Through several technical commucation with the enduser, finally the enduser accept our second plan for this cooling tower maintenance project, increase the height by 3 meter and broaden the two side casing.
Latino arranged the production for all the mentioned cooling tower component for this project. And arranged the shipment to the maintenance site.
Latino sent our maintenace team to start the maintenance service.
1. Disassembled the inner structure, increase them by 3 meter and weld the PP panel into the cooling tower casing firstly.
2. Assembled the cooling tower drift eliminator and install the adding cooling tower casing.
Through half a month effort, Latino finished the cooling tower maintenance projects.
Tomorrow, the maintenanced cooling tower will start working for the inspection by the enduser and anthority.
Later, we will update the final test result.
